2. Postoperative fractures of the acromion or scapular spine can occur spontaneously or after trauma.

Postoperative Frakturen des Akromions und der Spina scapulae können spontan oder nach einem Trauma auftreten.

3. The deltoid origin is cut from the lateral third of the clavicle, the acromion and the lateral half of the scapular spine.

Nach sagittaler Hautinzision (Säbelhiebschnitt) werden zunächst der M. trapezius, der M. deltoideus und die köchernen Schulteranteile Akromion, Klavikula und Spina scapulae präpariert.

4. Up to now, the plate has usually been applied starting from the scapular spine and extending across the acromial corner to the humeral shaft.

Variabler Hautschnitt je nach zu versorgender Struktur: horizontal, über der Spina scapulae zentriert, bis schräg entlang der Margo lateralis scapulae, bis vertikal über dem Gelenk zentriert.

7. With the patient in lateral decubitus position and protection of the opposite plexus, a sagital skin incision is the first step, followed by the preparation of trapezius and deltoid muscle as well as the bony parts of the shoulder (acromion, clavicle, scapular spine).

Dabei wird der Patient auf der kontralateralen Seite gelagert (evakuierbare Matratze, Plexusschutz).

8. A standard series of plain radiographs with true AP projection, lateral scapular projection, and transaxial view displays the vertical and horizontal glenohumeral centering of the joint as well as degenerative changes, tendon calcifications, unfused acromial apophyses, and the positional relations of the acromioclavicular (AC) joint in the horizontal plane.

Bildgebende Verfahren: Nativradiologisch können mit einer Standardserie in echter a.-p.-Projektion, axialer Skapulaaufnahme (so genannte Y-Aufnahme) und transaxillarer Aufnahme sowohl die glenohumeralen Stellungsrelationen als auch degenerative Veränderungen des Glenohumeralgelenks, Sehnenverkalkungen, Ossifikationsstörungen des Akromions und die horizontalen Stellungsrelationen des AC-Gelenks dargestellt werden.
